Roy has been exploring and preserving articles of antiquity for decades. He has a collection of lost brands of Indian fountain pens, philatelic releases on Rabindranath Tagore, Old Bengali musical records, old Terra- cotta, manuscripts, paintings and miscellaneous other antiques of heritage. He has made a substantial documentation on Indian Fountain pens. He has been included for participation in the joint Exhibition namely 'Revisiting 42.' at the Jamini Roy Gallery of ICCR, Calcutta.
